What We DoA CARF-accredited ASAM Level 3.5 residential program built around 28 to 30 days of structured living, clinical care, and 12-step recovery work — followed by transition into community-based care.
ARISE Treatment Center is a CARF-accredited ASAM Level 3.5 residential licensed adult male facility. We help men gain the knowledge and strength to work the 12-steps of recovery, with progression and regression reported on a weekly basis.
Clients enter a 28 to 30 day residential program with structured living and programming 7 days a week, receiving case management, clinical group therapy, and individual therapy — all inside a safe, clean, drug-free environment.

Initial evaluation, physical and mental assessments, and a plan tailored to your history, strengths, and goals.
Medical withdrawal management with comfort medications, under the care of our doctor, nurse practitioner, and RN/LPN team.
28–30 days of structured living, clinical group, individual therapy, case management, and 12-step work.
Referral to Intensive Outpatient Program or lower level of care based on your preference, with continued sponsor and 12-step support.

Medical withdrawal management and comfort medications, followed by 28–30 days of residential care. Dual-diagnosis treatment addresses underlying mental health conditions.
Step-down to the transitional level of care with continued 24-hour support and reintegration through 12-step meetings — particularly beneficial for dual-diagnosis clients.
Clinical group sessions five days a week, peer support, and case management through the Residential Transitional phase — approximately four weeks.
Individual therapy is provided by licensed and credentialed clinical staff including LCSWs, LMHCs, LCACs, LMFTs, LSWs, and MHCs (under supervision of a fully licensed LCSW).
Individual therapy also covers relapse prevention, triggers and coping skills, medication compliance, and other issues clients wish to address.

Three hours of clinical group therapy per week.
One-on-one therapy at clinically determined intervals.
